I purchased a new FLHTK in September of 2022 I have been to your service department three times since then twice for warranty work and once for a recall. I have found your service manager to be the most friendly and upbeat person, he has always treated me like an old friend and has gone above and beyond to take care of my issues. The mechanic that worked on my bike today was a knowledgeable young man that treated me with respect. He took the time to understand all of my problems one of which was me not knowing how operate the switch on the auxiliary fan that was dealer installed before I purchased the bike. He showed me how to operate it without making feel like a dumbass. In all your service department is a credit to your dealer ship.

The whole staff was very friendly and helpful through the whole process. I really appreciate all this, and you were also right that I would love the bike. It is a really great bike. Thank you again.

I've known Kerstings since the late 60s when my dad bought an Electraglide from there. Since moving back to Knox I wouldn't have gone to any other HD dealer. Kerstings has certainly grown since then but the sales and service is still top notch. Vern was so pleasant to work with. He even followed up the next day by giving me a call to see how my ride home was. Am so happy with my purchase. Several of my siblings have bikes too and I'm looking forward to good times with them.

Was recommended by Kim Watson. I purchased a Heritage Softail with extremely low miles and all the folks involved were fantastic. Like in everything else there was a few bumps but overall the experience was great. If you want a new or used bike I wouldnt recommend anywhere else.

Kerstings is the best. Weve been to Harley Davidson dealers all over the country and this one, out in the middle of the country, is by far superior. The owners are genuine and personal and the staff are top-notch. When purchasing something as important as a bike, you want to be able to have good rapport with the dealer and Kerstings have delivered. We have purchased two new Harley Davidson Ultra Limited bikes in the last five years and will continue to do business with them in the future.

Kerstings have been working on two of my bikes for many years now. Small town dealership is over. They've gone corporate. They will no longer work on my 1982 Harley Davidson. I repeat Harley Davidson. When they did agree to work on it finally , they put it in their storage barn for two and a half months. In the corner, unworked on.. With no intent to work on it till November. First, I have been a loyal customer with 2 bikes. Secondly it's a Harley-Davidson. Service department is terrible. Find somewhere else just like I did.

This is my first Harley Davidson purchase and my salesman Vern was great and when I noticed a small issue with the used Ultra Limited I was buying Jason didn't even hesitate to say that he would take care of it and within minutes it was done. Kerstings went above and beyond and even completed a service change that wasn't even due on the bike just to make sure I was good to go. The admin staff was friendly and the paperwork was organized, was explained to me and easy to finish.

This was my first Harley purchase, the group at Kerstings made it pretty easy. Bought a used 2013 Road Glide no real problems with the staff, very friendly easy to talk with. Hope buying a used Harley was the right move. I guess I'll find out. Thanks to Vern for making the deal over the phone pretty painless.

Had cam tensioners and cams replaced by non HD shop in 2016. Engine light came on before I left his shop and told me it wasn't his problem and I should take it to HD shop to be analyzed since he wasn't equipped to do so. Pulled my codes and said the Cam sensor was faulty. Took it to HD shop which had no interest in what my bike was doing or what the history was behind the fault. They said they'd analyze the system and replace the faulty part which they did but engine light came on after 30 miles. A friend told me to call Brock at Kerstings so I did. Took my bike to Kerstings late January 2017. Brock asked numerous questions on what led up to the fault. I received a call a few days later from Brock who with imput from other service personnel in shop had narrowed it down to 2 possible factors causing the problem. I gave them authorization and received a call 2 days later letting me know my bike was ready for pick up. The problem was with my tuner which no analyzer would have ever picked up on. My service charge was more than reasonable but most of all my 99 Road King is performing beautifully. Thanks for listening and not being part replacers saving me $$$$$$$$$$$.

Just picked up my new 1200T a couple weeks ago and I love it! Jason made the purchase so easy for me and I just loved dealing with him.
